Teacher Training Programmes
With the sole purpose of updating teachers' knowledge, the school has hosted a series of Teachers' Workshops and orientations over the years. The sessions enriched the teachers through informative programmes highlighting the goals and objectives of the school, building common core values and soft-skills enrichment as shared by the CBSE Board.
During the handholding process from our mother schools, teachers were part of training sessions and workshops conducted at NPS Koramangala. An indigenous team of trained faculty now conducts induction, orientation and workshop programmes for new and existing teachers every year.
Apart from yearly refreshers, teachers attend workshops on various academic subjects and further share the knowledge with fellow educators, widening the sphere of wisdom.
Parent Orientations
Educating parents about learning methodologies, curricular structures, examinations and CBSE board guidelines has been a top priority. Every academic year begins with orientation programmes that brief parents on expectations throughout the session.
These programmes help parents understand the educational framework followed at the school. Query-resolution sessions by respected Principals promote positive parenting and strengthen school-parent collaboration.
Technological Advancements
Keeping pace with modern times, the digitization of the school transformed operational processes through Information Technology, ensuring transparency and enhanced communication with parents.
The introduction of the Thursday Folder in 2016 marked the beginning of digitization. The Parent App - Acadamis, launched in 2020-21, provides access to report cards, fee payments and other essential student information.
Competitions
Participation in competitions builds confidence, resilience and sportsmanship. Students are encouraged to take part in inter-school, intra-school, inter-house and inter-class competitions including debates, quizzes, art, music, sports, creative writing, spelling bees and National and International Olympiads.
Our students have earned accolades at school, zonal, district, state and national levels. The school also proudly hosts Goonj - The Interschool Fest, providing a platform for students to showcase their talents across academic domains.
Events and Celebrations
Events and celebrations promote harmony and cultural awareness. Special assemblies impart value education, while traditional celebrations such as the Investiture Ceremony, Independence Day and religious festivals kindle creativity and collective spirit.
